Stakeholder Entry
The early stakeholder participation stage.
Follow the published progression from early stakeholder entry to Nodes, fragmentation and the stated future Nodelin structure.
A Node represents this ownership percentage in the SWIFTtrip ecosystem before fragmentation. A Nodelin represents this percentage in its selected service sector after fragmentation.
The early stakeholder participation stage.
Subscribing as a Cofounder before fragmentation gives the subscriber the privilege of holding one Node Slot across the SWIFTtrip ecosystem.
A Cofounder may subscribe to the service-sector Nodelin or Nodelins they can afford. Each Nodelin represents the stated ownership percentage within that selected sector.
This visual explains the published subscription stages and ownership-unit structure. It is not a chart of investment returns or a promise of resale value.
Four connected principles shape how we intend to build, serve, share value and grow with communities around the world.
Our strategy is to build a large community of Cofounders who are also potential customers and participants before launch. Other businesses may launch and then begin searching for a market; we are building our market before launching. This creates our intended advantage above the competition line.
We plan to bring mobility, transportation, shopping, accommodation, payments, logistics, travel and other everyday services into one connected ecosystem, reducing the need to depend on many separate platforms.
Our PYC policy is designed to allow eligible customers to participate in the profit-sharing system and earn rewards according to the applicable programme terms. Instead of only spending, eligible customers can participate in the value they help create.
GDM is our concept of building strength, local representation, shared value and global resilience through a worldwide community of Cofounders. As SWIFTtrip expands into different countries, people from those countries can participate as Cofounders and develop a local interest in the ecosystem's success.
GDM does not place SWIFTtrip above governments or regulation. We must comply with the laws, licensing requirements, taxes and regulations of every country in which we operate.
“Wherever SWIFTtrip goes, we aim to build with the people, create value with the people, and grow with the people.”
